Full Spectrum IR Camera:
- This means there is no IR/UV cut filter inside to produce normal colors. This camera can see all spectrums including UV, Visible and Near-Infrared light.
- You will need an IR illuminator in the 850nm/940nm wavelength in order to see in the dark.
- For closer shots or smaller spaces, use a smaller, wider or diffused IR illuminator.
- For larger areas, use a more high powered IR illuminator or put more IR illuminators in areas you want to see in such as in a long hallway, put the illuminators inside rooms or behind doors.
- If your IR illuminator is too bright, you can diffuse it with frosted sheet gel or bounce the light off the ceiling or walls.
- The camera's colors will appear redish pink or blue. If your camera does not have a monochrome black & white effect in the menu, you can adjust the colors in post-production. Why find that black & white has the best contrast for night vision filming.
- For longer camera power time without having to change the camera battery, we recommend adding a USB booster bank to the camera for boosted your recording time by 3-5 hours longer depending on the size of your battery power bank. Keep your camera battery charged up then plug in your power bank. The camera will feed off the power bank first then when it runs down, the camera will operate from its normal battery.
Full Spectrum IR cameras can be used not only for detecting paranormal activity but for documenting your investigation. Full Spectrum cameras can see Infrared (IR), Visible light (RGB), and Ultra Violet light (UV). Full Spectrum cameras can also be used to see only UV and IR with a visible light block external filter that only allows IR and UV to pass.
Night vision documentation with an IR illuminator is a great way to capture any type of movement from doors opening and chairs moving, trigger objects, etc. Basically these are your eyes when you can't be there to watch them as well as capturing evidence files for your case.
You are basically looking for anything that can't be explained.

When renting from us, first-time renters please fill out our rental form. First-time renters may be required to pay a deposit which you will be refunded at the end of your rental. This form will help us and you get processed quickly so you can start renting faster.
You may be asked to pay a deposit on certain rentals which we will invoice you. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of the rental equipment. This is standard procedure on some special or higher-priced items.
We are always working on better ways to make renting easier.
START: If an item is available, you may purchase the rental and write the date you want it delivered. You will see the cost of the 3-day rental and at checkout, you will see the shipping cost to you plus the return label back to us.
DELIVERED: When your rental arrives, ensure everything is correct. Some items may require batteries that are not included in the rental. Some may include rechargeable batteries, and you may want to charge them up prior to using your rental items. Never store batteries in the unit itself until you are ready to use them; this will ensure you have a well-charged battery.
DAY AFTER RENTAL DATE: When you are ready to ship the rental back, tape the return label (that came in your rental box) on the same package and take it to your nearest UPS store, send us a note that it was shipped back so we can verify the rental is being returned. This will allow us to determine when the rental will be back in stock for the next rental customer. If the item shows "Out Of Stock", it means the item has been rented out.
DEPOSIT: If you were asked to make a deposit, The deposit will be refunded back to you upon the return of the rented item. It may be a day or two before you see the refund payment but we will notify you when the refund was sent.
As a first-time renter, please complete a rental application form. An additional form will help streamline processing on our side, too, so you can start renting faster
As a first-time renter, a deposit may be required for higher-end rentals. Refundable deposit invoiced will get fully refunded once the rental equipment is returned. Some rentals may have a deposit on them, which isn't a form of stealing, just standard practice for higher-end rentals.
Our initiative aims to increase the ease with which renting can be done.
Rental requests can be made by indicating the date you want the item to arrive. During checkout, you will be notified of the costs associated with the rental periods. The return shipping label cost is incorporated into the price of rentals, and a single-item rental is made. Saving on rental costs can be achieved through multi-item rentals, which are arranged via quotes and invoiced online.
DELIVERED: Upon receipt of your rental, check to make sure all items are present and correct. Some items may come with rechargeable batteries, and it is advisable to charge them prior to using the rental. Do not keep batteries in the units until you are ready to use them, as this will keep the batteries well charged.
UPS Store: When shipping the rental back, stick the return label that was included in your rental box on the same package, drop it off at your nearest UPS Store, and send us a quick note letting us know it was shipped back so we can confirm the rental is being returned. This helps us track when the rental will be available for the next customer. The rental is available for rent when there is no “Out of Stock” or “Rented Out” note.
DEPOSIT: A refund for the unused deposit will only be processed if the item is returned. A refund process will be in place in a day or two for the payment, and we will update you with the transaction details once the payment is processed.
