The renter must ship back the rental items the day after the 3-day rental unless renting for more days. Our shipping options include insured shipping to you and return shipping back to us. Please keep your receipt when dropping off your package at your nearest UPS store.
The return shipping option label will be printed and placed in the box for easy return. Please return your rental in the same box with the same packing material. Please drop off your rental after your last rental day at the nearest UPS store.

IR illuminators are used to aid Full Spectrum / IR cameras in dark situations. Humans can not see IR infrared light spectrum, only the cameras can see it. Typical IR illuminators come in 850nm (most popular) to 940nm (no glow leds) for security. They are designed to see what humans can't see in the dark.
Keep in mind that these illuminators will show dust and insects floating around in the air and are most commonly confused as orbs.
