DJI 1-YEAR SERVICE CONVERSION WARRANTY
If you purchased a DJI Care Refresh package for your drone and you crash, damage or need your camera serviced by DJI because of a problem, you can send it to IRmods first before sending it to DJI for a replacement product and IRmods will reconvert the camera back to stock free within the 1-year warranty. If the filter or lens is not damaged, IRmods will swap the filter or lens into your new replacement camera for free. Just pay the shipping cost. If your filter is damaged, Simply pay the filter or lens cost plus shipping and IRmods will waive the service fee within the 1 year period of purchasing from an IRmods service store. You can also include your shipping label to DJI with your address on it that will be shipped to DJI Care Refresh and IRmods will send it off to DJI after the stock conversion is complete. Usually within 1-2 days. IRmods is not responsible for unrelated camera issues such as DJI firmware, parts malfunction, Aircraft linking issues, etc. All cameras are checked out and passed functionality tests prior to sending to customers.
DJI has a 15-day return policy from the day purchased on returned products with issues. After the 15 days, the customer is required to purchase DJI Care Refresh insurance from DJI to cover any problems not related to the filter service we installed in the camera.
If you did not purchase a DJI Care Refresh package for your drone. You are still covered for IRmod's within 1-year free service conversion if your filter or lens is not damaged. IRmods will move your filter or lens to your new camera. Simply send both cameras and we will swap them for your new camera. You can also include a return shipping label back to you. If it is damaged, Simply pay for the new filter or lens plus shipping cost if no return label was included and IRmods will waive the service fee within 1 year of purchasing from us. The best coverage is to purchase DJI Care Refresh insurance from DJI then ship your camera to us.

Customers are responsible for all shipping to us, from us and to DJI.
Past the 1-year warranty? You can still send us your damaged camera for swapping. If your filter or lens is not damaged, just pay the service and shipping to us and return shipping back to you. If the filter or lens is damaged, Just pay for a new filter or lens plus service fee and shipping. We will send you a PayPal invoice.
Ship us the damaged camera with a shipping label to DJI per your shipping info from DJI if you have DJI Care Refresh insurance.
Ship us your new camera (if DJI sent you a new camera or repaired it) with return shipping label back to you or purchase shipping.
Include a copy of your original order or name and order number you purchased your converted camera from.

DJI provides two replacement units for a small additional charge in one year and covers kinds of accidents, such as water damage and collisions, giving you peace of mind.
If you are purchasing DJI Care Refresh separately for a previously purchased DJI product, DJI Care Refresh will be activated automatically within 24 hours. Your service agreement will be sent to you via email.
DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region. DJI Care Refresh only supports products purchased from official or authorized channels, and its benefits are only eligible in the region where it was purchased. If you purchased the product from one of IRmods affiliate stores, that store can provide you with the name for your DJI account. You will also need your serial number on the purchased unit as well.
Each time you request a replacement, you’ll receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
